Proper care and keeping of your chocolate

Chocolate should be stored at a constant temperature of about 65-68 degrees in low humidity,
which means that in Florida you should eat it as soon as you can.

Do not let a friend store your chocolate for you.  This has been known to ruin friendships.

What is chocolate Bloom?

There is no need to freeze or refrigerate chocolate.

DO NOT feed Farris and Foster's chocolate to your dog.
This is not only possibly deadly, but a waste of good chocolate.
Hershey's or Nestle's chocolates are not acceptable either.
It may be less wasteful, but it is still harmful to your dog.
